Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles and Scope

Euro SME acts as a Data Processor on your behalf. By integrating your Shopify or Etsy stores, you authorize us to process personal data of your end-customers (such as names, addresses, and order details) exclusively for the purpose of generating invoices, tracking VAT thresholds, and compiling tax reports.

2. Obligations of the Processor

• We process personal data only on documented instructions from you, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organization.
• We ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.
• We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
• We shall assist you, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of your obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject's rights laid down in Chapter III of the GDPR.

3. Sub-processors

You grant us general authorization to engage sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers). We will inform you of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other processors, giving you the opportunity to object to such changes.

4. Deletion of Data

Upon termination of the provision of services relating to processing, we shall, at your choice, delete or return all the personal data to you and delete existing copies unless Union or Member State law requires storage of the personal data.
